Hartzell Series 22F Flat Base Stationary Utility Fan – 36″

The Series 22F Flat Base Stationary Utility Fan is manufactured by Hartzell Air Movement comes completely assembled and ready to install on arrival. The heavy duty industrial design includes an extra heavy base and tilt head with an airfoil propeller of cast 319 aluminum alloy, complying with Federal Specification QQ-A-601E and ASTM B26. The propeller is protected by OSHA approved guards and runs in a solid ring with rolled angle tip seal.

The fan motor is completely enclosed and uses air over cooling for continuous duty, and is mounted for easy maintenance.

The Series 22F Fan housing is a minimum 14 gauge commercial quality carbon steel, welded in compliance with the AWS D1.1 standard. The surface coating uses a phosphatized surface preparation with industrial grade air dry enamel paint.

The fan assembly is dynamically balanced at the Hartzell factory prior to shipping and the fans are balanced in accordance with the American National Standards Institute, Std. S2.19-1989, and Grade G6.3. Fans are manufactured in accordance with Hartzell’s standard quality assurance procedures. Fan performance is based on tests conducted in Hartzell’s AMCA accredited laboratory in accordance with the latest revision of AMCA Standard 210 for air performance and AMCA Standard 300 for sound performance.
