Hartzell Series 03P Packaged Single Width Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan – 27″

The Series 03P Packaged Single Width Backward Curved Centrifugal Fan is manufactured by Hartzell Air Movement and is completely assembled and ready to install upon arrival. The fan housing and base is of a heavy gauge commercial quality carbon steel suitable for temperatures up to 300° F, and up to 600° F with modifications. The fan housing is field rotatable and can discharge in any of the standard eight AMCA positions. Fan rotation can be either clockwise or counter-clockwise.

The housing and wheels are continuous welded and AWS D1.1 standards compliant, with carbon steel wheels. The single thickness airfoil blades have non-overloading horsepower characteristics. The wheels are mounted to the fan shaft with a split taper bushing.

The shafts are made of turned, ground and polished grade 1045 steel. The fan bearings are a heavy duty, pillow block, self-aligning ball type, relubricatable and built for a long life of continuous service at maximum horsepower and speed. The belts are oil, heat and static-resistant, and oversized for continuous duty. The lifting provisions feature ease of handling and installation.

The fan assembly is dynamically balanced at the Hartzell factory prior to shipping and the fans are balanced in accordance with AMCA Standard 204, fan application category BV-3 (comparable to Grade G6.3). Fans are manufactured in accordance with Hartzell’s standard quality assurance procedures. Fan performance is based on tests conducted in Hartzell’s AMCA accredited laboratory in accordance with the latest revision of AMCA Standard 210 for air performance and AMCA Standard 300 for sound performance. Fans are licensed to bear the AMCA Certified Air Performance Rating Seal.
