MATERIAL: Filtering element processed from sheet Aluminum, commercially known as 3003-H22, .025 in thickness expanded with .050 strand. Frame made from sheet Aluminum 3003-H14, .040 thickness.
Notes: Heavyweight aluminum frame with corner rivets and drain holes. 7 layers of expanded aluminum media. Maximum operating temperature 250 degrees F. For applications calling for a medium/heavy weight permanent filter.

MATERIAL: Filtering element processed from Galvanized Steel, commercially known as Hot Dip Galvanized, 28 gauge in thickness expanded through .032 feed. Frame made from 24 gauge Hot Dip Galvanized Steel.
Notes: Heavyweight galvanized steel frame with corner rivets and drain holes. 7 layers of heavy expanded galvanized steel media. This filter designed for applications that require extra strength and can withstand strong cleaning solutions needed to clean heavy grease and dirt loads. Maximum operating temperature 450 degrees F. For applications calling for a heavy duty grease/dirt permanent filter.

MATERIAL: Filtering element processed from Stainless Steel sheet expanded to .032 strand. Frame made from type 304 Stainless Steel, not less than .024 thickness, joined with stainless steel rivets.
Notes: Channel formed 304 Stainless Steel frame with stainless steel rivets and drain holes. 7 layers of corrugated stainless steel media. Maximum operating temperature 900 degrees F. This filter is designed for extreme heat situations in air and grease applications. Can withstand corrosive solutions that galvanized and aluminum are unable to handle.

DF24242MMHDS4 (430 Stainless Steel)
MATERIAL: Filtering element processed from Stainless Steel sheet expanded to .032 strand. Frame made from type 430 Stainless Steel, not less than .024 thickness, joined with stainless steel rivets. The 430 Stainless Steel has a magnetic quality.
Notes: Roll formed 430 Stainless Steel frame with stainless steel rivets and drain holes. This filter offers a lower cost while offering the qualities of stainless steel. 7 layers of corrugated stainless steel media. Maximum operating temperature 700 degrees F. This filter is designed for extreme heat situations in air and grease applications. Can withstand corrosive solutions that galvanized and aluminum are unable to handle.
