Filter Information: Mist Eliminator Filters are engineered for the collection of oil mist and water droplets in air handling systems. These filters are effective where steam has condensed into water droplets from applications including cooling towers, cooling coils, and humidifiers, and for collection of oil mist in production applications where oil is used to lubricate machinery. The Mist Eliminator Filters are washable with steam or hot water applied with pressure hose.

DF12242MEFA (Aluminum)
MATERIAL: Filter frame constructed with 0.037 aluminum, including multiple layers of aluminum screen and expanded media.
Notes: The 2″ filters contain 10 layers of media, 3 layers of screen media and 7 layers of expanded media. The filter is constructed with a heavy frame and contains at least 3 holes on both the top and the bottom to allow for drainage. Maximum operating temperature for Aluminium frame is 250 degrees F.

MATERIAL: Filter frame constructed with 24 gauge galvanized, including multiple layers of 0.0157 galvanized screen and expanded media.
Notes: The 2″ filters contain 10 layers of media, 3 layers of screen media and 7 layers of expanded media. The filter is constructed with a heavy frame and contains at least 3 holes on both the top and the bottom to allow for drainage. Maximum operating temperature for Galvanized frame is 450 degrees F.

MATERIAL: Filter frame constructed with 304 Stainless Steel, including multiple layers of stainless steel screen and expanded media.
Notes: The 2″ filters contain 10 layers of media, 3 layers of screen media and 7 layers of expanded media. The filter is constructed with a heavy frame and contains at least 3 holes on both the top and the bottom to allow for drainage. Maximum operating temperature for 304 Stainless Steel frame is 900 degrees F.
